Wayne is a recently retired secondary school teacher and administrator who possesses both formal training and practical experience in various aspects of Dispute Resolution. He is able to draw on his experience as member and Chair of Mediation Council (OSSTF), Professional Standards and Practices Council (OSSTF) and the Relations and Discipline Committee (OTF) when mediating disputes between parties or when coaching individuals as they pursue conflict management goals.

Wayne co-developed and co-presented the very successful course Conflict Resolution in the Classroom and beyond! Additionally, he is the author of Bilingual Tensions in Ontario (O.I.S.E.) and has authored or co-authored and subsequently presented submissions to a number of public bodies.
