CUSTOM WORKSHOP AND IN-HOUSE TRAINING COURSES

Prices range from $ 1,000.00 - $ 3,000.00/day depending upon Client Requirements and whether one or multiple Instructors are required.

Expenses

• Rental of room if necessary
• Travel Expenses if necessary
• Instructional Materials
• Other out-of-pocket expenses as necessary      

THIRD PARTY NEUTRAL FACILITATION SERVICES 

$ 200.00 per hour plus Expenses.

PROFESSIONAL MEDIATION SERVICES

Rates set by MCSO Mediators are listed individually with their Professional Profiles.

Mandatory Mediations

• Rates are established by Rule 24.1 of the Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure
• For a two-Party Mediation -- $ 600.00 for first three hours, including Preparation; an additional $ 75.00 for each additional Party to a maximum of three
• No charge for Travel Time or Travel Expense
• For each additional hour or part of an hour -- $ 200.00
• Unless otherwise agreed, Fees are to be allocated equally among the Parties.
• Individual MCSO Mediators should be consulted with regard to Payment Arrangements and policy concerning Cancellations and Cancellation Fees.

CONFLICT COACHING

Fees:

Coaching Services are provided at an hourly or program rate (always agreed in advance). Fees range from $400 - $600/month depending on the needs of the client and the number of people being coached when the client is an organization.

Delivery:

Regular Scheduled Coaching: After an initial coaching session, our monthly coaching programs include 3 sessions of 30-45 minutes (telephone sessions are usually preferred, by both client and coach).

“Check-In” Coaching for monthly clients is available at $75 (typically less than 15 minutes). These sessions are typically issue or option specific and require no more than 2 hours notice (by cellular text message – the contact method will be provided on request). Monthly clients are entitled to 2 of these Check-In session/calls per month.

One-Time Coaching sessions are available at a rate of $ 150.00 per 45-60 minute session.
