Obtain an understanding from literature and research of Negotiation Theory, Practice and  Behaviour. Learn how effective Negotiations are conducted (Strategy and Technique; the Negotiation framework and elements of Negotiation); ‘Principled’, Interest Based Negotiation.

These series of Conflict Resolution Training Sessions comprise portions of the full 20-hour Courses, made available -- subject to space being available -- for persons who want to have the benefit of specific parts of the Program only, and who in most cases are not intending to qualify for the Centre’s 40-hour Certificate on Alternative Dispute and Conflict Resolution.
