John Andrew

Mr. Flood served 35 years in the Public Service of Canada during which time he held a succession of positions including: Indian and Northern Affairs Canada as a Senior Self-Government Negotiator; the Office of the Information Commissioner of Canada as Director of Investigations, and; Canada Immigration as an Immigration Adjudicator.  He acquired an extensive knowledge of administrative law; skills in developing and maintaining relations with federal government departments, Provincial and Territorial Governments; corporate entities of all kinds; Aboriginal First Nations, and; the media. He recently completed the Mediation Certificate offered by the Mediation Centre of Southeastern Ontario.
