Dr. Anita Jack-Davies is a cross-cultural expert and workplace diversity consultant. She is currently Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography at Queen’s University. While completing her doctoral studies, she gained experience in several administrative roles including Human Rights Advisor and Educational Developer.
Dr. Jack-Davies is a seasoned facilitator with expertise in examining issues of equity, diversity and inclusion as they impact the changing Canadian workplace. She offers strategic planning, training and advisory support to organizations and is in the process of developing online cross-cultural curriculum geared towards the law enforcement industry. A Qualified Administrator (QA) of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), she is a certified Mediator and is available to support organizations in the area of cross-cultural conflict resolution.
